SD 11.3 Secure Participation and Monetary Support from State Agencies  FY 2007/08 SD state agency fundraising goal is $250,000  $638,000 was contributed to the Environmental Education Account in FY 07/08 with another $302,000 by SCSA in next fiscal year  Other contributions to the EEI have resulted in a total by state agencies of $1,138,000  Loan of full-time graphic designer from DWR  OEE submitted a grant to the US EPA for EEI funds
