4 Alliance Oncology Overview Alliance Oncology is a division of Alliance HealthCare Services, a leading national provider of advanced diagnostic imaging services (MRI, PET/CT and CT) and radiation oncology services. –The company is the nation’s largest provider of mobile MRI services and PET/CT services with approximately 200 mobile MRI systems and more than 125 PET/CT systems. –Alliance is also the second-largest operator of fixed-site imaging centers with approximately 140 locations across the country. Alliance Oncology operates 37 radiation therapy centers providing state-of- the-art treatment and care for cancer patients, including 18 dedicated stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) centers. Our strategic acquisition of US Radiosurgery in April 2011 makes us the nation’s leading provider of SRS services.
