Annual Air Emissions Inventory DEP’s Chapter 137, “Emission Statements”: Inventory is required of all licensed sources with the potential to emit certain air pollutants above a minimum reporting level. If a source is required to report criteria air pollutants, they must also report certain greenhouse gases.

Performance Feature: The new web platform and database version should improve performance (speed) of the system. However, we are currently working on a new server set up and experiencing some intermittent issues that we hope will be resolved.

Facility Approvers answer five challenge questions (security feature). “MAIRIS Legal Name” is your full name, not your MAIRIS user name.

Maine DEP will review submissions and have them back to facilities in late summer. The target date for completing the inventory is November 1, 2014.
