3. Internal Hemorrhaging is a short crime drama about the struggle of injustice amongst police corruptions and police brutality

4. CENTRAL ISSUE An intoxicated teenager in a dark area is approached by two police officers (Senior Constable Ross and Constable Lee) with an object in his hand. The officers tell the teenager to stop and drop the object but the teenager keeps coming. Both officers pull out their firearms and tell the teenager again, but again the same response. One officer sprays pepper spray on the teenager, and the teenager covers his eyes shouts in pain and takes a swing with the object and the officer Ross shoots him. The teenager died from internal bleeding.

5. CHARACTERS Senior Constable Ross – Ross is a down to Earth police officer concerned with his actions. However convinced with the possibility of a lack of future in the Force, Ross struggles with the constant lying and obstruction of justice. Under extreme pressure from all side. Constable Lee – Lee is concerned mainly with his future in the Force, and possible future promotions. Lee will do anything to obstruction justice to benefit himself. Detective Sergeant Downing – Downing is a man of principle and integrity. Sees the world in black and white, and fully believes that justice should take its cause – mistake or no mistake.

6. PLOT Detective Sergeant Downing is tasked with figuring out whether his colleagues actions were justice. Set inside an interview room Detective Sergeant Downing realises, as information trickles through, that a major mistake has been made. Therefore recognizes Senior Constable Ross and Constable Lee are lying about what occurred that night, and its up to Downing to figure it out.

7. VISUAL STYLE Constantly piecing together the information in conjunction with Downing. Therefore from the POV of Downing. Footage of the interview will positioned and displayed as if it was originally from a police interview (similar to the game ‘Her Story’). Other footage such as flash backs will be shown in a grey, darker filter (similar to ‘Silent Witness’).

8. AURAL STYLE Sharp and explosive sounds, repeated through out. Tormented voices constantly whispering and attacking Senior Constable Ross Gunshot from ‘Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense’ Tormented Voices. WARNING VERY LOUD AT END!

9. TIME Constant use of short flashbacks changing as more information is brought together. Fast pace action shown in flashbacks juxtaposed with the slow pace interviews.

10. WHAT’S YOUR SOUNDCLOUD? LETS COLLAB BRO? Producer – Help organize actors, and crew. 1 st Assistant Director – Find a office location to shoot Costume Designer – Close resemblance of NSW police uniform Sound Designer/ Recordist – Require explosive sharp sounds. Especially the gun shots Editor – Create a fast pace and fluid film Director of Photography – Help establishing shots list, and using lighting

11. WHY I/YOU CARE Why I care – I always find these ‘police killings’ of high interest, the fact that we all justify and accept the police killing someone on the streets. It fascinates me that we remove our moral perceptive when an ‘official’ kills another member of society on the streets. But for every ‘police killing’ there is an investigation into it, to see whether it is justice or not. I find that interesting, especially in the context of America that they often come to the conclusion no repercussion will occur on the officers. Why we should care – Police officers killing civilians means they are above the law rather than enforcing it. However the use of excessive force by police officers is used in a situation that is seen as dangerous to them. Therefore making the issue a grey area and an issue topic to portray.
