6. Rule 5 Multiplying by Four is Doubling Twice (Double-Double Rule) 4 x 2= 2 + 2 and 2+2 8 4 x 6 = 6 + 6 and 6 + 6 = 24 4 x 3 = 3 + 3 and 3 + 3 = 12 4 x 8 = 8 + 8 and 8 + 8 = 32
