2 Let Them Eat Cake? The context of the quote, as attributed to Marie Antoinette, was during a famine caused by a bread shortage. Upon being alerted that her people were starving due to having little bread to eat, she is said to have replied, "Then let them eat cake."

3 Our Inspiration Marie Antoinette’s style was lavish, bold and utterly feminine. Our goal is to care and provide chic European clothes for our customers. Instead of having to sift through so many websites to order your favorite European specialty, we’ll have it ready for you. We carry over 30 different European labels and brands. We want to bring the U.K. to the U.S. by finding the hottest trends in Europe and bringing them to our store straight off the streets.

Every month we get a new shipment, we will have fresh cupcakes delivered to every store location that will be available to every paying customer to help promote our boutique and draw customers in.
