2 Positivity -The strength that I decided to focus on and address is POSITIVITY! -It is one of my top five strengths from StrengthsFinder.

3 Key Components Positivity, to be positive, is important and is a crucial component in leadership. Key Components of Positivity:. Being generous with praise. Quick to smile. Always on the look out for the positive in situations. Enthusiastic. Energetic, upbeat
