2.  My football coaches are always pushing us too be the best player we can for our team and too give 100% of your effort each and every down you are on the field.

3.  Real friends will always be there for you when you are upset to make you feel better and to comfort you but will never get in your way when you are being successful

4.  A lot of times if my team lost a football game or baseball game everyone would be upset and mad but if you keep your head up and move on you will learn from the mistakes and get better

5.  You need to try new things in life too successful.  A lot of people I know wont do different things too maybe help out someone they will do with they are comfortable doing
