Human resources manages programs concerns with the employment and treatment of workers. Oversees the hiring and firing of employment and supervise workers. Develops plans to inform workers of their employment rights and benefits.

Bachelor’s degree is the path into this occupation but many college and universities do not offer programs in Human Resources until graduate degree leave. Many college offer special courses at the undergraduate level in concentrations in human resources.

Employment is expected to grow much faster for all human resources managers. College students who have earned a degree or certification should have the best job opportunities. Human Resource employment is projected to grow by 22% between 2008 and 2018.
