1 Yogacise! With Class 5PM

2 Yoga is an ancient form of exercise for the body and mind  The Warm up…………. Wriggling my fingers warms up my hands and makes me concentrate.

3 Warming up makes sure we exercise safely and don’t have any injuries I’m wriggling these fingers as fast as I can! They’re warm enough!

4 Keeping in touch with our bodies Heads Shoulders! Knees! Toes!

5 Breathing properly is very important  Tom is showing us how to breathe in and hold our breath for a few seconds….. And Stuart breathes out slowly……..

6 Stretching out  Getting ready for the day ahead is about feeling good! Alright Mrs Mills stop showing off!

7 Stretch out all the tiredness! I’m going to take off in a minute! This is the life! No really- it was this big!

8 Stretch out your legs That’s about as far as it will go! My foot looks a long way away!

9 Looking good – feeling good! You can’t beat being this relaxed!

10 Ready for anything!  5PM say: ‘Give it a go! You never know you might like it!
