3. What is bucket filling ? Bucket filling means self esteem. If you bucket is full you are feeling good about yourself. If someone has hurt your feelings, they are dipping into your bucket.

4. How do we fill buckets ? We greet everyone, adults and peers with a smile.

9. Drops When some one has done something that fills your bucket, say so with a drop in their bucket. Or you can just give them a compliment, that is a drop in their bucket too. Give yourself a drop. What have you done well these past two weeks at middle school ?
