2 >Where did he live? He lived in Turin, Italy. >When did he live? St. John lived 1815-1888. >What did he do that was special? He founded the Salesian Society of St. Francis de Sales and the daughters of Mary, help of Christians.

3 >Why do I want to be like this saint? Because he is very dedicated to his schoolwork and Christian life. >What is the Liturgical feast day for St. John Bosco? January 31 is his feast day. >What day was he canonized? He was canonized by Pope Pius XI in 1934. >No known symbols are used to identify my saint.

4 >How has St. John Bosco affected the lives of others, in the time they lived and now? St. John Bosco has affected the way Christian schools are educating their children, he also inspires people to teach children about the love of Christ.

5 >Where is St. Anthony from? Coma, Upper Egypt. >When did he live? He lived 251-356. >What did he do that was so special? In 305 he founded a religious community of cenobites who lived in detached cells.

6 >Why do I want to be like this saint? I want to be like this saint because I don’t want to be obsessed with material possessions. >What is the liturgical feast day for St. Anthony? January 17 is his feast day. (Unknown canonization date) (No known symbols are used to identify St. Anthony)

7 >How has St. Anthony affected the lives of others, in the time they lived and now? He has shown many Christians around the world, by depriving himself, that you can’t take material possessions to heaven. >Some people pray to Saint Anthony to help them find materials that they have lost.

8 >Differences: St. John Bosco has taught in schools and St. Anthony has not. St. Anthony was deprived, St. John was not and focused more on school and education. St. Anthony teaches people that material possessions can take your life, as St. John teaches that education about Jesus and the saints is important.

9 >Similarities: These two saints have fought the evil of Satan and have overcome many difficulties. The two of them have also taught many Christians many important morals. St. John and St. Anthony are both soldiers of Christ and have changed the lives of many people.
