13.  Add narration first  Dictates how long the photo is displayed Preview your narration: you can always delete it and start over

14. Add Narration and Customize Motion  “Customize Motion” to select the motion and duration of your photos

15. Add Customize Motion in Concept Maps  The same picture can be used many times.  “Customize Motion” to zoom into and away from an image.

20. Add Music  Select Music from media library or  Create * Music * Create Music recommended: No copyright concerns

21. Add Music  Select Genre & Style  Select Band & Mood  Select Tempo & Intensity

22. Add Music  IMPORTANT: After selecting music, be sure to reduce the volume to slightly above low, or 1/8th of total volume * * This will keep you from drowning out narration with music.

23. Add Music  Preview your Photo Story

24. Select Next

25. Save Your Story  Select “Save story for playback on computer” and “Settings”

26. Save Your Story  Settings are best set to “Profile for Computers 2 - 640 x 480”

27. Save Your Story  Select Next- This is CRITICAL so that your file is saved in WMV format and can be played in Windows Media Player

28. That can be used in Photo Story 3

29. Turn PPT Slides into Images  Select Windows Button  Select Save As  Select Other Formats

30. Turn PPT Slides into Images  Select JPEG File Interchange Format (*.JPG)

31. Turn PPT Slides into Images  Select Every Slide or Current Slide Only
