3  Physical fitness is important to me personally.  I had no idea where to start when I decided to start practicing yoga 7 years ago.  Was not aware there were even different styles.

4  Starting a new fitness routine can be intimidating to some people.  It’s hard enough to be motivated to work out when you aren’t intimidated.  Lack of interactive material online.
