8. Once logged in, you can view your entire client data base. The next step is to put the cursor on the chosen client and then click on “Open the Selected Client” found at the left in the “Tasks” section.

9. There will now appear a “pop-up” screen with 5 tabs across the top. As you will see, these interfaces are very straightforward. This first one is providing you with the client’s contact information.

10. The Information screen shows you how many items have been deleted and the number of times your client has logged in to their account. It also will provide you with the initial score if provided to us.

11. This screen displays the client’s Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and the date the client was enrolled in our service. It also provides any pertinent information regarding payment.

12. The “Credit Repair Process” view shows what trade lines have been deleted and what is still remaining and being worked. This screen lists only the derogatory information on their credit reports.
