3 Who influenced the fashions?
Edward 8th (Prince of Whales) the major social mediator of fashion. Shown here in a suit and overcoat. Add pictures of the people.

It was the S shape. The silhouette looked like the hour glass figure just a little more curvy.

What were the trends? This was the time of the Gibson Girl!!! The American look was more slim and a lot more smaller. The skirt length was 2” above the ankles. This is because they started using bikes and cars.
