Hypnosis The mind is like an iceberg, 10% is above the water. Typically, you spend 90% of your time in the conscious mind Your conscious mind uses only a measly 10% of you brain. There are two levels conscious and the subconscious. Brain-waves patterns show an alert wakefulness state.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. It is a state of mind in which you are very relaxed, paying complete attention to the suggestions you want to implant and do not criticize the suggestions made, but accept them at face value

It is about helping you re-program your mind and create new neural pathways in the brain. It is about dissolving old mind- body associations or “habits” and creating new mind-body association or “new habits”. By making these new associations in the trance state, your are setting yourself up to respond differently in your normal waking state, to produce healthy feelings, actions and behaviors the enhance your life, rather than unhealthy, ingrained habits that no longer serve you

The subconscious mind memorizes and records all your life experiences down to the very last detail? Runs all the intricate workings of your body without using your brain. It has no power of reasoning and because of this it accepts any suggestion given to it as true.

The subconscious holds your life’s program. It runs on automatic. The hypnosis bypasses the conscious mind and you can plant suggestions in the subconscious.
