3. Applications and Interviews Kylie will read out your name and please listen for what you are missing!! If you are missing anything, please get those things turned in ASAP!! If you could not make it to your scheduled interview or just didn’t schedule one yet, please sign up for one! It’s painless, I promise! And a pat on the back for everyone who completed their applications and interviews! Personal recommendation papers are available if needed.

4. October Project Chipotle Fundraiser: October 8 (read menu) CAR WASH!!! : We are scheduled to have a car wash on October 25 at the Tires Plus on Bee Ridge and McIntosh from 9-2. There will be 2 separate shifts you can sign up for. SHIFT 1: 9-12 (please eat lunch before the 2 nd shift) SHIFT 2: 12-2

5. Car Wash Continued.. If everyone could please bring any items they have for a car wash (old towels, soap, buckets) ALSO, we will be doing a food drive for All Faiths Food Bank that same day, so if everyone could please bring in 1 or more non-perishable canned food items that would be great. Dress Code: If we do not have our club t-shirts by this time, please wear any SHS shirt you have. You may wear bathing suits underneath you clothes, but please, we are representing SHS at this event, so school appropriate.

6. Car Wash /Fundraiser Donation Pre-sale tickets: If everyone could sell 3 pre-sale tickets, that would be awesome! The money is due on the day of the car-wash. ALSO, If you know of any non-profit organizations we could donate to, speak now! We will vote on an organization to donate to once we receive all of our money.

10. SPARCC Review The SPARCC (Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center) Donation was a huge success! Nicole and a member Karly Cancelleri, filled up both of their cars to the roof with everyones donations! Along with the helping hands of Winona Henry and Alex Cusito. The ladies at SPARCC were very thankful and will be sending us a letter soon.

11. New Meeting Room Sorry about the lack of space ladies! We are working on finding a new meeting room hopefully by next meeting!

Samantha Raska Balance of last year- $441.39 * T-shirt Cost - $416.00 * Money spent *$10 for sparks (prizes ) * Total = $35.00 * $25 for historian (supplies ) * Dues *in checks -$80 *in cash - $250 ________________________ Total= $330.00 Thanks for everyone who turned in their dues. The ones who did WILL get a t-shirt when they come in on wednesday. The ones who didn’t will not get a t-shirt in till your dues are paid. Please get them in ASAP! If any problems in getting the money in just talk to one of the officers.
