The letter of the restaurant are the 16 types of imported meat to serve each guest personally by swords that come directly from the stove, and can be beef, poultry, pork and shrimp. To which you can add your newest addition Lobster sword, which has become a favorite of customers. Rustico Bistro: Rustico is a family runned bistro, we believe in high quality ingredients and top notch, casual and friendly service. We focus in serving beautiful but most importantly delicious food. Our Burgers are the most popular item on the menu, made of grade "A" grass-fed beef and served on homemade bread. Some other favorites are: Panini, Pulled pork sandwiches and salads.

4 Sites & Attractions El Imposible: Don't be discouraged by the name: El Imposible National Park is more difficult than impossible. Home to some of El Salvador's trickiest and most demanding hikes, this national park was founded in 1989 and takes its name from a particularly perilous gorge that used to -- stressed, past tense -- take the lives of coffee transporters. But this tropical rainforest mountain area is now partially developed, and well-marked hiking trails cut through forests and over rivers. The park is maintained by Salva Natura, and there's an entrance fee, at least in theory. Stop by the main gate on the park's southeast side, near the town of San Miguelito. You can find guides on weekends or call ahead to arrange to have someone meet you (good conversational Spanish is a necessity).

5 Traditions, Culture, location and geography Culture Name Salvadoran Location and Geography: El Salvador is a country of 8,260 square miles (21,040 square kilometers) in Central America, between Guatemala and Honduras. Mountains separate the country into the southern coastal belt, the central valleys and plateaus, and the northern mountains. These regions have created slight cultural variations because of the different crops grown in each one. Coffee grown in the mountains and cane grown on the coast provide the rural population with paid labor; in the central valleys, corn and beans are grown for private consumption and for sale. Most industry is in the center, where the capital, San Salvador, is located. Other large cities include San Miguel in the east and Santa Ana in the west.

6 Salvadoran dishes based on maize Pupusa: thick, hand-made corn tortilla filled with chicharrón (pork), beans and cheese. Atole and tamales of elote (corn tamales). Atole shuco (a drink prepared from maize flour and other ingredients) Maize pastries with a filling of minced meat or vegetables. Levantamuertos, which is a consommé of garrobo (a reptile similar to an iguana measuring some 50 cm in length). Empanada that are made of banana and cream filling "They created pizza" made of potatoes and rice and beans
