5 OUTCOMES Phase I Short Term Plan Support districts in the submission of the Instructional Technology Plan Survey. Work with CIC and Directors of Technology to review current plans (instructional and technology) to find common ground. Provide work sessions for conversation, sharing and troubleshooting regarding the survey. Phase II Long Term Plan The approved instructional technology plan survey is not intended to negate the need for district to compile a comprehensive technology plan. 6 COMMON GROUND 1.Review the instructional goals for your school improvement plans and your current technology plan. 2.Highlight in green the areas that are aligned. 3.Highlight in yellow the areas that can be better aligned. 4.Highlight in pink the areas that need to be aligned.
