12. Health & Safety Training in the UK is post 16 yrs only. Non mainstream subject Post 16 considered as a vocational qualification Countable as a module within the National Vocational Qualification framework Until 2007 Food Safety & Health & Safety were considered as level 1 qualifications in their own right and government funded applied that level has now been dropped from the LAD Safety Training to employers now starts at €30 to €50 depending on level (elementary, intermediate, advanced) Health & Safety training
