2Safety is paramount when considering or taking part in sporting events. If sport leaders fail to ensure health and safety guidelines are not met, they could be charged with negligence within a court of LAW.Leaders need to maintain safety of participants whilst taking part in the activity, through adhering to legislative factors, regulations and legal responsibilities.
3Legislative factors…Legislation: a generic term for laws, which includes acts, regulations, orders & directivesA number of laws and acts have been devised to ensure all safety precautions and are made aware of whilst at work or during sports participation…
