4 About Your TKI Scores There are no “best” scores.
There is no “right” style. All five modes are useful in some situation. Each mode represents a set of useful social skills when used correctly. The effectiveness of a given conflict-handling mode depends upon the requirements of the specific situation and the skill with which the mode is used.
