10 Forcing growth of settlements toward the old city / Center. Same time, Palestinian urban growth will be scattered opposite the natural growth (far from the center). Forcing Future Urban groth trends New roads, highways, train lines, tram lines, bus lines, etc will serve the settlers expansion needs. And Palestinians will lose more lands because of those infrastructure plans.
