Truemark International, the parent company of TMK Valve Group has been supplying US manufacturers with castings and finished Valves from Asian factories for over 20 years. During this time, it has forged strong relationships with the owners of the very best Asian Valve manufacturers. TMK Valve Group is a joint venture between Truemark and these manufacturers to establish a trusted supply route into the US, Europe and the Middle Eastern markets, levering on the relationships made by Truemark and its principals throughout the world. TMK products are focused firmly on the Oil & Gas sector and all products offered carry the relevant API and CE markings. TMK Valve Group carries stock at it's Stafford Texas headquarters and can deliver non-stock items and projects door-to-door anywhere in the world.

7 Special Service Valves
Forged or Cast Body & Bonnet All types of Ball Valve bodies and bonnets are manufactured from forged or cast AISI 4130/4140 low alloy or stainless steel. Other materials for extreme service, such as Inconel or Duplex stainless steel are available to order. Metal-to-Metal Seat to Body Interface Precision lapped faces between the ball and seat ensure a metal-to-metal pressure tight seal . Seat is lapped on both surfaces to give a true metal to metal seal between the body, ball and seat. The stem seal is further reinforced and protected by a lip seal, giving bubble tight sealing.

8 Ball Valve Specifications
Sizes 1” thru 48” full or reduced port Pressure Class ANSI B16.34, API 6D and ANSI Bi-directional Sealing TMK-OVK Ball Valve is a true bi-directional valve. Being fully symmetrical, it will effectively seal pressure from either direction without the risk of pressure lock. Trunnion Ball Valves are Double Block and Bleed. Fire Safe API 607 and 6FA Body to Bonnet Seal and Body to Body Seal A metal-to-metal seal is achieved between the body and bonnet using TMK-OVK metal-to-metal sealing technology. Other arrangements to achieve connective position of the body and bonnet or body is double sealed by gasket and o-ring Temperature -320 Degree F (Cryogenic) to Degree F. For the convenience of operation, the corresponding compound injection nozzle, drainage valve and release valve can be extended to the top of the valve. 10 API 6A Gates The TMK Gate Valve was developed to satisfy the need for a high quality reliable valve which is reasonably priced. All TMK Gate valve makes full use of modern materials and manufacturing techniques. It is easy to maintain, conforms to international design requirements and Quality Assurance Program. All TMK Gate Valve are manufactured to API 6A Specification as a basic minimum, in a Plant that is API Q1 and ISO9001 approved and Certified. Forged or Cast Body & Bonnet All types of gate valve bodies and bonnets are manufactured from forged or cast AISI 4130/4140 low alloy or AISI 410 SS steel. Other materials for extreme service, such as Inconel or Duplex stainless steel are available to order.

11 Sealing Metal-to-Metal Seat to Body Interface
Precision lapped faces between the gate and seat ensure a metal-to-metal pressure tight seal is maintained. The Seat is lapped on both surfaces to give a true metal to metal seal between the body and seat. This seal is further reinforced and protected by a Teflon or Viton lip seal, giving bubble tight sealing performance at pressure below 10 psi.

12 Gate Valve Design Gate & Seat Design for Slab Gate
The seat in the gate valve are fully floating, this combined with a solid slab gate gives a true downstream seal resulting in exceptionally low operating forces. Gate & Seat Design for Expanding Gate The expanding gate creates a positive mechanical seal across the seats with or without line pressure. Floating seals with resilient seals allow the seats to be tightly wedged into the seats pockets in the open or closed position. Bi-directional Sealing All TMK Gate Valves are true bi-directional valve. Being fully symmetrical, it will effectively seal pressure from either direction without the risk of pressure lock. If the valve is used in uni-directional application, the gate and seats can be reversed to give a extra service life. Gate Guided The gate is guided positively by the valve body and close fitting stainless steel skirts. The skirts minimize the ingress of well fluid mud and sand into the body cavity. Body to Bonnet Seal A metal-to-metal seal is achieved between the body and bonnet using advanced metal-to-metal sealing technology. The seal ring is re-useable. Non-rising Stem with Backseat The stem used in the TMK gate valve is manufactured from Alloy-Nitride or 17-4 stainless steel. Being of the non-rising design, valve operation will not increase the pressure in the body cavity. Seal against the bonnet, providing means to replace the valve stem packing with the valve is under pressure Stem Seal All stem seals are non-elastomeric and are inert to most known liquids and gases. Being made from PTFE/R-PTFE stem frictional resistance is minimized resulting in lower operating torque. The stem seal design is suitable for all temperature range and services. Graphite stem packing is option. Bearing Heavy duty thrust bearing are used to absorb stem thrust and reduce operating torque. A grease fitting is located on the bearing cap to allow for lubrication to ensure continued trouble-free operation.。

13 Model SG-22 Slab Gate Valve SG-22 The Model SG-22 high performance, bi-directional slab gate valve is ideal for high pressure, critical service applications, 3000 through 20,000 psi on well-heads, production trees and manifolds. Specification Standard Model SG-22 gate valves meet the requirements of the latest edition of API 6A and / or API 6D SSV by replacing the expanding gate with a slab gate. Material for H2S service in accordance with NACE MR-01-75, latest edition Reliable Performance Forged body & bonnet Low operation torque Metal-to-metal body/bonnet seal Metal-to-metal backseat seal can be energized regardless of gate position Lubrication fittings for easy maintenance Gate guides retain body lubricants and protect gate surface Manual or actuated operation Simple design assures low cost Flanged or screwed outlets

15 Model EG-20 Expanding Gate Valve EG-20 The Model EG-20 expanding gate valve is bi-directional, with a preferred sealing side, valve for applications on wellheads, production trees and manifolds with working pressures at and below 5000 psi. Specification Standard Model EG-20 gate valves meet the requirements of the latest edition of API 6A and / or API 6A SSV by replacing the expanding gate with a slab gate. 22 Inspection TMK own staff inspect shipments in Asia before shipping to protect our clients interests. We are also available to host and accompany clients traveling inspectors throughout their time in Asia. All of our manufacturing facilities are TMK inspected and certified as well as being certified independently to ISO9001, API and CE standards. Certification At all TMK manufacturing sites, Document Packages are constructed from the assembly test records. All equipment is provided with a certificate of conformity to the appropriate standards and specifications. Certificates are supplied of all tests as required by API standards. Copies of all quality certificates can be supplied in hard copy or by . Records Records are kept of all inspections and tests. Records are kept of all design reviews. and all records are retained for five years after completion of the contract.
