Such copies have also been delivered to all newly recruited Accounts Officers / Accountants Although Bihar Education Project Council, (BEP) has its own Financial Regulations and Traveling Allowance Rules. It has also been decided to revise the BEP Financial Regulations to make it compatible with the Financial Management & Procurement Manual of GOI.
