8. Make a note of the call number and title. Check your shelf to retrieve the item. Follow the instructions for How to Fill a Reserve Request. Send the item to the requesting campus via either UPS directly or via Fred Pack. If your library is listed as having the item, and the item shows Available

9. If you do NOT have the item, and you are NOT the only campus that could fill the request, do nothing. If you do NOT have the item, and you ARE the only campus that could fill the request, please contact the requesting library to let them know that their request is unfillable. Exceptions:

10. If your library is NOT listed as having the item, then click Close in the upper right corner of the screen, to return to the View All Reserves list. Click “View Reserves” to check if you can provide the next item.
