2 Purposes of Project Complement the job satisfaction survey measured from Libraries’ classified staff conducted Fall 2005. Note and build on aspects of jobs that faculty are satisfied with and also identify areas for improvement. Gauge “quality of life” at UGA Libraries.

4 Survey Instrument 56 questions –Likert scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree ranked 1-5) –Open-ended comments SurveyMonkey site Survey open March 29-April 10, 2006 Emailed to all UGA Libraries’ faculty, full- and part-time, at all facilities
