Widows or single women. Physically challenged persons. All households headed by a person of age sixty years or more with no assured means of subsistence or societal support. Person freed from bonded labour. All households of Particularly Vulnerable Social Groups shall be designated as Antyodaya households.

12. CFSB – Salient features Entitlements on per household basis (and not on per person basis) Entitlements in PDS not only for foodgrains. – Provision for iodized salt, pulses in non-scheduled areas and black gram in scheduled areas. Provision of foodgrains for students in hostels and Aashrams.
