Education and Training Responsibilities Yachting Australia State Associations Discover Sailing Centres Accredited Instructors Develop and manage national policies and programs, in consultation with the states to increase the number of people sailing safely at member clubs. Manage and provide local service to Centre’s and instructors in implementing the Discover Sailing Learn to Sail (and Powerboat) programs Manage the learn to sail (and powerboat) programs for customers in accordance with the Yachting Australia Operating Standards and Guidelines. Deliver courses to customers in accordance with the Yachting Australia Operating Standards and Guidelines

8. Inclusive Instructors The general principles of instructing are the same no matter who your participants are. The fundamentals of inclusion and how to adapt training is applicable to all instructors and is delivered through our entry level instructor courses. Education on inclusion is relevant to everyone.
