5 LONG TERM GOAL: Adopt 21st century teaching approaches, Revised Bloom Taxonomy, Self System, and Cognitive Process Dimensions to enhance students appreciation of learning Islamiyat.

6 SHORT TERM GOALS: Change the learning skills through the modern questioning techniques. Enhance student’s analytical and critical approaches towards the subject. Change teaching strategies to make it easier for students to memories. Encourage students to collaborate more among themselves.

I will show the names of 25 Prophets on a flow chart according to their time period. Adopt the learning curve Encouraging students Adopting the qualities Critical thinking and system rhinging. I will instruct them to relate appropriate reference from the Holy Quran and Hadith. Listening and guiding students. Understanding Giving directions skill. A questioner will be given to students in which they will write some of the qualities they want to adopt from this chapter. Analyze, organize and prepare students Analyzing Observing and monitoring skill. ETHICS

14 CHALLENGES : Lack of interest in students.
Students may disagree to work in groups. Lengthy syllabus to cover in inappropriate time. Extra burden for checking. Uncertain holidays. Principal may disagree with my different approach. Non availability of resources.

15 Solutions : Use activity based learning techniques.
(pictorial, role play , story telling quiz, research work etc) Encourage students to use internet and selective websites. Guide students how to use references from the Holy Quran , hadith and other books. Peer-checking, group work Arrange extra periods for missing work (and for underachievers). Make suitable and acceptable changing.
