3 WII is a video game system that has a fitness component that has swept the nation. It has made people want to get off the couch and become slightly competitive in a fun physical fitness way. This can be played with family, friends, or by yourself.

5  Wii Balance board is what is used to play all the games  It has the ability to measure a persons weight as well as their center of balance  It mainly focuses on a persons center of balance and improving posture

7  There are many different games with various exercises that can be played ◦ Strength Training, Yoga, aerobics, and balance games  You can check your progress through the health status that is made when you first log in.  It provides instant feedback to see where you are at in games and challenges to improve your health  It is a different alternative than just regular Physical Education activities that can become routine to students  As you spend time exercising, you'll earn Fit Credits that unlock additional exercises and activities within these categories.
