2. Details ● Venue of Conference: Hyatt Regency Santa Clara and Convention Center ● Venue of Hotel: Hilton Santa Clara ●Date: Thursday, 9 April - Sunday, 12 April ●Departure time (to Santa Clara): 10:20 AM ●Departure time (back to Sac): 10:00 AM ●Bring purple for the inter-section competition!

3. Meet-Up Venue: Outside ML Admin Office Time: 10:20 AM ● Must have all luggage and belongings ● If you are carpooling, make sure you know whose car you are in. ● Must attend first 3 periods. If not, it will be unexcused.

4. Transportation ● Make sure to have contact info for all members of your car. ● If a driver has not already submitted paperwork to the district, they may only drive their child. ● If you are taking a train, an adult will have to travel with you.

5. Dress Code Girls ● Business suit with blouse ● Business pantsuit with blouse ● Skirt or dress slacks with blouse or sweater ● Business dress ● Capris or gauchos with coordinating jacket/suit, worn below the knee ● Simple dress shoes (CLOSE TOED) ● Skirts and dresses must be knee length ● If any leg is showing, please wear pantyhose Boys ● Business suit with collar dress shirt, and necktie or ● Sport coat, dress slacks, collar shirt, and necktie or ● Dress slacks, collar shirt, and necktie ● Banded collar shirt may be worn only if sport coat or business suit is worn ● Dress shoes and **BLACK** socks

6. To-Bring List Competition: ● Student ID card / other identification ● FBLA ID number ● No. 2 pencils ● Bag for belongings when testing (optional) Personal: ● Businesswear ● Black FBLA Shirt ● Money ● Food/Snacks ● Sleeping bag (optional)

7. Hotel Rooms $128/person for a 4-person room $177/person for a 3-person room (amount is for the 3 night stay)
