Both Selling and Buying dealers must confirm before the transfer can be completed. Only units open on COMS can be transferred using COMS. Units are transferred at the dollar amount open on COMS. 14. Selling Dealer Initiate Transfer Reference ID Number System provides a confirmed reference ID number to track the transfer. Keep a copy for your records.

15. Selling Dealer Review Transfer Status Transfer Activity allows you to see status of transfer

16. Selling Dealer Transfer Activity Pending System Approval indicates transfer is confirmed and waiting for the system to move the product. It is now OK to release product to Buying Dealer.
