2 The Interview

3 Templates You use exactly the same lesson plan templates that you used for the DIPF and APF Lesson Plans. OK, then what is the difference between the regular lesson plans and the condensed?

4 Difference? Pages 116-119 in the Practice Teaching Handbook All areas in the DIPF are exactly the same, except the Content and Strategies are shorter in detail & more precise. Therefore, the condensed sample in the PTH is about half as long as the original, pp. 28-33 The APF is already a shorter or condensed lesson plan, just ensure you are to the point Bulleting items should help

5 Daybook Plan Consult the whole day horizontal templates (small font): –Page 120 of the Practice Teaching Handbook – Elementary Sample –Page 121 of the Practice Teaching Handbook – Secondary Sample If you prefer, re-formatted full page, vertical templates for each lesson (larger font), are available on my website under ‘Additional resources’ for you to download: http://www.nipissingu.ca/faculty/douglasg/EDUC4315/res ources.htm http://www.nipissingu.ca/faculty/douglasg/EDUC4315/res ources.htm

6 Templates You may use either version: (i) the full page, vertical template for each lesson (larger font), or (ii) the whole day horizontal template (smaller font) There are spaces provided for Reflections, which should be brief and to the point, as with the other sections For room, you may choose to write reflections on the back of the downloaded templates if necessary, especially for the whole day horizontal template that has smaller font
