8. Laissez-faire Less guidance from the leader. More freedom to the employees to do their roles in order to get the objective. It is usually used by marketing employees by giving them more freedom to advertise.

10. Democratic The group members participate to make the decision. All group members have their votes to agree or disagree. It usually used when the voting procedure is allowed.
