2. About Event Keeping our vision consistent, this year we have organized a unique Kathak Dance Festival

3. Details – The festival is going to be held in two – Date – 11 th and 18 th Oct 2015 Time – 6- 9 P.M Venue – Jyotsana Hall ( Sudarshan ) and Bal Gandharv Auditorium.

4. Events - Part -1 ( 11 th Oct ) All the legendary and recognized delgatries have been invited from all over Maharashtra to share their knowledge and enthrall audience by there performances and demos.

5. Part- II (18 th Oct ) The continuing part will be silk piece woven into one thread of traditional Kathak pattern interlinked with golden thread of variety of performances based on World Music by more than 150 students.

6. Marketing and promotion – This event will be marked as remarkable cultural affair for the art and cultural heritage city like Pune. The audience cater will be of age 16-35 and above(around 2000), mostly compromising youth from the middle class, and upper middle class of society. The event will be published in Local Newspaper, Print publications, Digital marketing, Radio etc.

7. Promotional Campaign Print advertisement – Newspaper ads, articles, brochures, tickets invitation, flyers etc. Digital marketing – Event publicity through internet marketing. Like Facebook, Website, Radio etc. All promotional activities will run for period of almost 2 months till the date of event. *( except newspaper adds which will be before 7 days)

8. Platinum sponsorship –Title sponsorship (2Lakh) The organization will be official sponsor of the event. Brand logo and name will be carried on all communication related to event. Announcement of the brand name twice. Logo appearance on the website and the facebook with brief of company mention as promotional partner. Main entrance arch at the event venue. 2 Standees for display at venue (provided by you).

9. Brief company profile in program schedule brochure. Logo on pre event promotion literature like flyers & tickets. Showcasing company video (max 2 min) in break. Complementary seats V.I.P Felicitation of the brand Directors / Partners / Owners.

10. Gold Sponsor – Co- sponsor for event(75k) Brand logo and name will be carried on all communication related to event. Logo featured on the website and the facebook with brief of company (small)mention as promotional partner. Main entrance - side arch at the event venue. Announcement of the brand name twice. Posters, Invites, Tickets etc. will carry your logo along with partners. One Standee at venue area (provided by you). Complementary VIP seating's
