2 Getting There Section Getting There- The flight from the Pittsburgh International Airport to Rome, Italy will cost $2522.54. Immunizations- To live in Italy, you would need to get a vaccine for influenza, and measles so you could prevent getting them.

3 Getting a passport would cost about $100. You could generally get a passport at the post office.

4 Currency In Italy, you pay money in Euros. Euro is the official currency of Italy and is divided into one-hundred smaller units called Cent. The two thousand dollars would be worth 1473.41 Euros. One Euro equals 1.36 US dollars.

5 Living There In my city, I would live in Pantheon. I have chosen this place because it is a safe area and you can still see all of the historical sites Rome has to offer. Also, my pap was born in Italy and moved to America. However, some of his family still lives in Italy and they live in Pantheon, Italy.

6 Getting Around There Section In Rome, traveling in a taxi or traveling on a bus would be best. People living in Rome sometimes own a car, but often travel on taxi’s. There are many people in Rome walking or riding a bike. If you are just walking around, walking would be ideal because you can see and enjoy all of the sites! If you ride a taxi places, depending on how long the drive is, it will most likely be expensive.

7 Getting Around There Section If you’re in a taxi, the money you have to pay depends on the taxi driver and the distance you want to travel.

8 Playing There Section There are many fun things to do in Rome: sightseeing, Fountain of Trevi, restaurants, and many other things. You can tour places like the coloseum, where gladiators and animals fought for entertainment. You can also visit the Sistein Chapel, which Michelangelo painted all by himself. You can also go the Vatican.

9 Playing There Section Another fun activity is to go to the Fountain of Trevi. There is pure blue water with statues and historical buildings behind the water. Legend is, if you throw a coin in the water, you will be back to Rome!

11 Foods in Italy Rome, Italy is famous for it’s wonderful pizza and pasta. If you’re hungry, you can satisfy yourself by going to a pizza or pasta restaurant.
