3 What are learning styles? According to the VARK website, technically, the term learning style “refers to all the components that might affect a person's ability to learn.”

5 Discover your VARK preferences VARK is an acronym that stands for Visual, Aural, Read/write and Kinesthetic. The VARK questionnaire will help you to discover your sensory learning preferences.VARK questionnaire

6 Warning and encouragement Knowing your learning style, by itself, won’t help you become a better student. It is up to you to make use of good learning strategies to improve your own learning.
