4 4 Brand visibility of Games  TV CCTV, the main Chinese TV channel, will broadcast the 2008 World Mind Sport games 26 and 52 minute programs will be produced by IMSA and offered to TV channels worldwide to help promote the event Partners will be included in all those programs through their visibility at the event and through many billboarding operations  Internet Each competition of the Mind Sports Games will be broadcast on the Internet and on many websites through partnerships settled by the IMSA The programme will be offered for Internet broadcasting free of charge  The partners benefit from TV and Internet visibility through a perfectly adapted marketing scheme developed on site by the event organisation : Backdrops / Banners / Boards / Flags / Event room decoration… Accreditations / Press Kit / Tickets…  Millions of TV viewers and Internet fans will be watching the World Mind Sports Games

5 5 Hospitality  Accommodation 5 star hotel rooms – 160USD per room 4 star hotel rooms – 120USD per room Apartments  Condition China Organizers will bear all rooms for official players & officials China Organizers will give complimentary food supplies to official players & officials

10 10 Association to event communication  Event website A website dedicated to the event will be created in the first half of 2007 Partners will have their own page and links on this website  Specialised websites Partnerships will be established with specialised websites  Federations networks The IMSA will use the 4 Federations networks (which cover more than 400 national and international Federations worldwide) to promote the event and create extra visibility for the World Mind Sports Games partners  Press relations 4 International Press Conferences will be organised between April 2007 to October 2008  Newsletter Before the event, newsletters will go out to a large number of journalists and leaders to promote the event and create visibility for the partners Each partner will have its logo on the newsletters

13 13 Sports on the Website Aims : To give to all those interested by the IMSA and the World Mind Sports Games the basis of the disciplines  General principles of the disciplines  The basis of each sport  Quiz to test knowledge  Make available to the players first-class international information in each discipline.  Interviews of champions  Links to the federations websites  Links to on-line game websites Each part/discipline is composed of two pages : - One educational page with international information with appropriate links to other sites and the end of the page. - Quiz (a password is necessary to see and answer the quiz)

14 14 Opportunities to get external sponsorship for National teams  Team uniform – At opening & closing ceremonies, also other times team members can wear same Uniform with Sponsor logo (Please remind it is not possible for Olympics)  Various events for fund raising – Tournaments, TV shows, etc. (with other mind sports)  Government funding – First Games medal & participation are very important for the Nation (IMSA will list the countries by number of medals same as Olympics)  For players, they can get points for FMJD titles  Historical importance  Nations can bring own TV
