1. The Earth
The Earth We live on the Earth. It is very, very big. There is a lot of water on the Earth. It is in rivers, lakes, seas and oceans. There are a lot of forests and fields, hills and mountains on it. The Earth is full of wonders. Different animals live on the Earth. Different plants grow on it. The Earth is beautiful.
There are large countries and small countries. There are warm countries and cold countries. There are some countries where there are four seasons in a year and some countries where there are only two. When the sun shines it is day. When the sun does not shine it is night.  
When it is day in one country it is night in another. You can see the moon and the stars in the sky at night. People live in different countries. They speak different languages. Our country is one of the largest in the world. It is so large that when it is morning in the east, it is evening in the west. People who live in our country speak more than two hundred different languages.
We should be in charge of our planet. What to do?

It is very important to keep the world healthy and strong. Every kid can do something to help nature. We should always put rubbish in a rubbish bin. We should grow flowers and trees. We should keep dogs under control. We should not throw rubbish on the ground.
Today the environmental question is very important. Air and water are polluted, the trees are cut down. Many kinds of animals, birds are in danger.
There are a lot of ways in which we can help to save the Earth. We should remember the three Rs: reduce, reuse, recycle. Energy and water waste must be reduced. .
Old paper, metal must be recycled. We can reuse glass bottles, plastic containers. We should never break plants and baby trees
As for children, they can help their parents to water flowers and trees, plants in their gardens.  They can feed birds in winter

11. We live in Krassnoyarsk region
We live in Krassnoyarsk region. Our region is very large and rich on different nature resources. It is rich on taiga animals, birds, trees, plants. In our region there are many rivers, big and small forests, mountains.
The Yenissey is the most important river in our region. There are also the Kan, the Agul, the Kungus, the Angara, the Mana, the Minussa  and many other rivers. Their waters are clean and fresh.   We should do all our best to protect them, we should not pollute them.
