3. 1. We are due to receive bank records from Wells Fargo by July 15, 2015. 2. Criminal trial is still scheduled for 9/15/15. 3. We are awaiting a decision from Judge Cadish in Clark County District Court regarding the large judgment we have obtained. 4. ***Judge Cadish denied the judgment debtor’s motion on June 19, 2015, but the court notified the wrong lawyers. Our judgment has been confirmed, so we now begin the collection process for the second time.

4. 1. A Newsmax “Trending News” section has been added to the website. It pays NHHI on a “pay for click” basis. 2. Amazon is the world’s largest internet company with over 1M products for sale. It offers easy online shopping, good pricing, and huge selection. 3. The Amazon link is another method of monetizing the CMKM website. 4. Amazon portal profit for June, 2015 is $87.69 MTD, which helps offset our monthly overhead of +/- $250/month.

5. 1. The radical reduction in oil prices has created both challenges and opportunities. Investors are reluctant to invest in oil deals until prices stabilize, so we will hold off on the Reg D fundraiser until a “bottom” in oil pricing is confirmed. 2. Lower oil prices create buying opportunities and a reduction in drilling and infrastructure costs. 3. If we are successful in collecting the large judgment we are working on then we will have the cash needed to purchase oil/gas assets outright.

6. 1. Raise funding for purchase of oil/gas assets as able. 2. Purchase and operate oil/gas assets. 3. Add to the oil/gas asset base as rapidly as funds are available. 4. Grow the revenue/profit stream exponentially. 5. Return to trading when timing dictates.
