Player development and player growth is at the fore front of the JSSL Elite Academy program.
JSSL will be selecting its best squad of players in each year from the 8’s to the 16’s. 14 to 16 players per group.
Selection is based on:
Ability, commitment and the right attitude
However any player that the coaches feel merit playing up an age group will do so
Any player that is considered good enough to play in 2 Super League teams/age groups will be selected
Selection starts at the JSSL League tryouts and throughout the year

Tournaments
All JSSL Children who want to play in a CL team will be placed in a teams based on:
Ability, commitment, attitude
The idea is that players will train together on Saturdays and play together as a team on Sundays.
This will be the same for all JSSL centers – VJC, UWC East, Tanglin Trust, Dulwich & Marlborough College
Where there are not enough children at 1 center to form a team those children will join another jssl team until we have numbers to pull a team together from that center.
