7. Proposals will be returned to ULB if the Submitted documents are incomplete. If SMMU rejects the proposal, then proposal will be closed. Note:-

SMS:- SMS is sent to NMMU & ULB when proposal is approved by SMMU. “ Shelter proposal (SUHP06041700001) received from Gurgaon ULB is approved.“ SMS is sent to ULB when proposal is Return for Amendment by SMMU. Shelter proposal (SUHP06041700001) received from Gurgaon ULB is Return for Amendment.“

10. Reports for NMMU:- 1)Monthly Progress Report(MIS) This report gives an overall view of the Shelter for Urban Homeless progress altogether in a single report. This report shows the details of the SUH proposals and total amount disbursed, for a state and a particular month & year.

11. Reports for SMMU:- 2)SUH Functioning Details This report gives you the details of SUH functioning in different ULB in a particular financial year. This report gives you details like Type of SUH, Capacity, Amount approved for O&M, Total amount received, Total O&M amount Transferred to SUH etc.

12. Reports for ULB:- 3)SUH Proposal List This report gives you the details of approved SUH proposal in a particular financial year. This report gives you details like Shelter proposal type, Shelter type, Shelter cost, Status, Approved cost, Released amount etc.

13. Common Report for NMMU & SMMU 4)SUH Proposal Status This drill down report gives you the details of SUH proposals status in State & ULB wise at NMMU or SMMU in a particular financial year. Click on the State name and the details of the SUH proposals status ULB wise will be displayed.
