Supervisor’s instruction for Electronic Leave Report. Training Manuals
Open Internet Explorer and type in: one.medaille.edu or Click on at the bottom of Medaille homepage.
Then You will see:
on this page; 1. Enter your username 2. Enter your password and then 3. Click on Login button.
You will see the following page, In this page you need to Click on Employee Tab or Employee Folder
On the “Employee Main Menu” you need to click on
On the “Time and Leave Reporting Menu” Click on folder.
In this page; as a supervisor you need to click on “Approve and Acknowledge time” button and then Click on “Select”
For “Type of Report” you want “Leave Report”, the you need to select the appropriate “year”, for “Leave Number” pick the current month, (in this case 5 is selected for May), If you are supervisor for more than one “Department” ; select the appropriate one otherwise “All” and then click on “Select”
In this menu; you will see employee(s) that you are the supervisor for are sorted by “Pending”, “In Progress” and “Not Started”. “Pending”: Completed and Submitted by employee to you, “In Progress”: Opened by employee but not completed and “Not Started”: Haven’t been Started by employee yet.
In this page you have access to the following Tabs or Links.
By clicking on Employee’s name, you will see the “Employee Detailed information” page;
The following Buttons will help you to administer the appropriate action for the employee in “Employee Detailed information” page.
