To copy the Customized Background from Another Presentation on PC
Click New Slide from the Home tab's Slides group and select Reuse Slides.
Click Browse in the Reuse Slides panel and select Browse Files. Double-click the PowerPoint presentation that contains the background you wish to copy.
Check Keep Source Formatting and click the slide that contains the background you want.
Click the left-hand slide preview to which you wish to apply the new master layout.
Apply New Layout (Important): Right-click any selected slide, point to Layout, and click the slide containing the desired layout from the layout gallery.
Delete any unwanted slides or duplicates.
To copy the Customized Background from Another Presentation on Mac
Click New Slide from the Home tab's Slides group and select Insert Slides from Other Presentation…
Navigate to the PowerPoint presentation file that contains the background you wish to copy. Double-click or press Insert. This prompts the Slide Finder dialogue box.
Make sure Keep design of original slides is unchecked and click the slide(s) that contains the background you want. Hold Shift key to select multiple slides.
Apply New Layout (Important): Click Layout from the Home tab's Slides group, and click the slide containing the desired layout from the layout gallery.

The PeopleSoft CEMLI Analysis Tool (PCAT) is an online analysis and benchmarking tool that allows customers to better understand how CEMLIs (customizations) impact their PeopleSoft Application:

12. How PCAT works?
PCAT provides customers with a set of CEMLI discovery scripts that can be run directly by the customer. These discovery scripts will analyze your existing environment and will create a series of files that contain information around custom objects in your PeopleSoft application. These files can then be sent to Oracle to load into PCAT.
Once the files have been loaded into PCAT – the information will be simultaneously compared against that following 3 data stores:
A CEMLI Benchmarking database of over 800 PeopleSoft environments
A repository of available PeopleSoft Maintenance events (Bundles, Tax Updates, PeopleTools Releases)
The latest version of PeopleSoft (9.2)
The results of these compares are used to populate the standard analysis reports and dashboards in PCAT. Customers can access the results through online access to PCAT as a subscription service.
As part of the subscription service to PCAT, Oracle will update each of the data stores on a periodic basis with new benchmarking data, updated maintenance events, and the latest code line for PeopleSoft Customers can also refresh their CEMLI repository with a new upload of CEMLI information from their application.

Customer can run PCAT scripts and send to Oracle to upload into PCAT. Customer can refresh CEMLI data at any time.

The PCAT tool provides real time proactive impact reports and dashboard analytic reporting between the data stores and customer CEMLI data.

CEMLI Benchmarking Reports provide a ranking and scoring engine that compares the inventory of CEMLI objects in your application and against a benchmarking database of over 900 PeopleSoft application environments.
