4. Public User Role: Public User (Applicant) Functions:
Submit Airport Permit Application to Company Administrator of Sponsoring Organisation
Functions:
Application for Airport Restricted Area Permit
Renewal / Replacement / Revision of Airport Permit

5. Application for Airport Restricted Area Permit
Submit New Application
Click “Application of Airport Restricted Area Permit” on portal page
Fill in the new application form, and complete all mandatory fields

Click on the Submit button
If any validation is failed, error message will display on the top of the page
If all validation is passed, confirmation page will be returned

Review the application again and click on “Confirm to Submit” button after confirmation
Result page will be displayed, after submitted
notification will be sent to CA

9. Renewal/Replacement/Revision of Airport Permit
Submit Renewal / Replacement / Revision application
Click “Renewal/Replacement/Revision of Airport Permit” on portal page
Fill in all mandatory fields in the application form

Click “Add” button to adding a new applicant in the list and each renewal application could involve max 15 applicants
Click on the Submit button
If any validation is failed, error message will display on the top of the page
If all validation is passed, confirmation page will be returned

Review the application again and click on “Confirm to Submit” button after confirmation
Result page will be displayed, after submitted
notification will be sent to CA
