4/17/2017 What is Signature Cloud Support Signature Cloud Support is an exclusive partner technical benefit that provides qualified cloud competency partners with an elevated level of technical support for Microsoft cloud products. The Signature Cloud Support benefit provides partners with access to technical support engineers who work extensively with partners, have extensive product-specific knowledge, and are accountable for driving cases to resolution from start to finish. Experienced Partner-centric Solutions-oriented Engineers are trained to an escalation level with extensive product-specific knowledge Engineers work extensively with partners and understand partners’ businesses and priorities Engineers are accountable for end-to-end scenarios including hybrid deployments Signature Cloud Support Value $108B <John> As you’ve heard throughout the conference, the cloud offers tremendous potential. Cloud market momentum is at an all- time high. Analysts predict that customer demand will grow to over 100 billion dollars by 2017. Partners that are meeting the demand for cloud solutions are seeing profitable results. One study found that cloud partners are achieving 1.5 times more gross profit than those without cloud businesses. One reason for this greater profitability is that cloud opens up opportunities to develop recurring revenue streams. This performance-based model means you advance to Silver and Gold based on how much cloud service consumption you drive with your customers. And, as your cloud performance increases, so too should your rewards. Gold partners in the Cloud Performance Path earn 50 advisory hours and unlimited Signature Cloud Support, which we’ll talk more about shortly. Silver partners also earn unlimited Signature Cloud Support and 20 advisory hours. T: To improve your experience with accessing these benefits, we’ve made some changes to our partner portal. 4/17/2017 When can I access the Signature Cloud Support Benefit Cloud Performance Competencies Hybrid Competencies On-Premises Competencies September 29th you will be eligible to use the benefits. Office 365 Centric Competencies: Because the Office 365 Signature Cloud Support experience has been in pilot in FY14, the experience will be live for all qualified partners on September 29th. Azure Centric Competencies: Because the Azure Signature Cloud Support experience is new in FY15 the experience will be live for qualified partners upon re-enrollment.. In the My benefits section, find the Signature Cloud Support benefit (e.g., Partner Signature 5pack, Partner Signature 10pack, or Partner Signature unlimited) click the “Submit an issue” link under the Action column that corresponds with your Signature Cloud Support benefit. In the “Welcome to Microsoft Partner Signature Cloud Support” page, click the “Submit Office 365 incident online” link next to the Office 365 logo. Log in to My support benefits and activities page on the Microsoft Partner Network portal.
