10. Benchmarking How would you rate the overall quality of service? I am satisfied with Library support for my Learning, research and teaching I am satisfied with the way I am treated in the Library

Some comments “I have found the library staff very unhelpful in my time here” (Physics). “I appreciate the service I get from the library and I thank the library staff” (Environment) “Access to online journals is difficult, needing to go through Athens and various portals to gain access, and not all journal resources are available” (Computer Science) “There are areas of the library that are far too noisy … there is a problem when groups of students work together on one table” (Law) “It’s often noisy and its an uninspiring location that doesn’t make me want to remain in the Library to study” (Medieval Studies)
