Student comments on the class (2008)  This is the best class I have taken at GCSOM  This course is awesome. It should be a required course. This material is much more pertinent to students needs than other required classes.  One of the best courses I have taken in the program.  Everybody liked the format, the class, and the professor.  This course was recommended to me as one of the best at the University by more than one student. If not required it should be heavily encouraged as it’s extremely applicable in today’s changing world.  Not sure how it can be improved - really a great class.  Nothing to improve on – except that Professor Harrington should teach more classes

Student comments on professor (2008)  Brad is a great speaker, he keeps the class engaged and he knows his subject very well.  Prof. Harrington is a great lecturer. He did a great job explaining the material and keeling the class engaged.  Excellent professor. Great industry experience and academic knowledge. Exceptionally good at engaging the class in discussion.  Great experiential teaching -great job of demonstrating how to apply theory. Made theories practical.  Prof. Harrington brings a blend of real world and academic experience that he intertwines into the class. Also, his personality and class structure make the time go by quickly

Student comments on professor (2008)  I was told I would be doing myself a disservice by graduating from BC’s MBA program without taking a course with Brad Harrington. I would love to take another course with Prof. Harrington.  Professor Harrington was the best professor I have had at BC. I did not realize when I signed up for the class, but quickly realized that almost 90% of the students had signed up for the course because of the instructor.  Harrington was a referred professor and not at all disappointing. His enthusiasm for the subject while being in touch with reality of corporate life is a unique mix at Boston College. He is an asset to CSOM and the MBA program

Student comments (2007)  One of the best classes I have taken at BC. A great professor with a lot of knowledge.  Great reading, cases, and class exercises.  Great class!!! Made me think a lot about myself.  Prof. Harrington did a great job of tying all the material together. The readings, assignments, class exercises, and lectures together provided a tremendous framework for students to learn about organizational change.  Professor was able to synthesize / balance experience in business world with academic principles and knowledge.  Very articulate, knowledgeable, engaging. Made class fun with relevant exercises and anecdotes.

Student comments (2007)  I can honestly say this was one of the best (if not the best) classes I have taken in the MBA program. The professor led us through lively class discussions - material very applicable to my job.  Definitely one of my best classes. Made me want to take more classes with this professor and in the organization development field. I highly recommend him.  Professor is very personable and approachable. Got to know the students and their career goals.  Very passionate about the subject – great sense of humor.  The class provided practical knowledge and skills that could be executed immediately at work or in one’s personal life.

Student comments (2006)  Prof. Harrington has tremendous knowledge of materials and concepts; great experience as a practitioner  Keeps class motivated, focused during day-long sessions  One of the best professors I’ve had at Boston College  Prof. Harrington has extensive real world experience.
